KUL WORD:
Velocipedestriennes

The early bicycle was called a velocipede, and women who rode them were known as velodipedestriennes. Susan B. Anthony wrote in 1896 that she thought the bicycle “has done more to emancipate women than any one thing in the world,” and that she “rejoices every time I see a woman ride by on a bike.” So all you velodipedestriennes out there, get on your bikes AND RIDE!
Happy Women’s History Month

PUMP IT UP!

The easiest way to keep your e-bike running well is checking tire pressure before every ride. Properly inflated tires ride great, last long and resist flats.
How do you know how much air to put in your tires? On most tires, the recommended pressure is printed on the sidewall of the tire next to the letters PSI. What does PSI mean? PSI, or pounds per square inch, is a measure of the air pressure in your bike’s tire. It’s often written as a range. You can experiment within this range to find what feels best for you. Lower PSI makes it feel softer and is typically a more comfortable ride. Higher PSI makes the tire harder. More rider weight requires more tire pressure.
