COME SEE WHAT THE FUN IS ALL ABOUT!

As a way to promote electric bike awareness in Richmond, Virginia, we are hosting the first ever RVA Electric Bike Expo.

FREE TEST RIDES will be available so riders can test, compare and learn about multiple e-bikes ranging from beach cruisers to street commuters, to mountain bikes and more. Exhibitors will include Blix, Emotion by BH, Magnum and Pedego.

Admission is FREE – preregistered riders will automatically be entered to win door prizes. All riders must sign this waiver and be at least 16 years old with a valid picture ID before riding.

About Us

Kul Wheels provides electric bike tours, rentals, sales and service in Richmond, VA. Come by the shop for a test ride, take a tour or rent an e-bike and learn why electric bicycles can be such a blast.

Bummer, your plans have changed. You MUST contact Kul Wheels at least 24 Hours BEFORE the scheduled time of your tour/rental to cancel and receive a refund. If you don’t call or email within 24 hours before you tour/rental, AND receive a written confirmation of your cancellation from Kul Wheels LLC, you will not receive a refund.

You must arrive or contact Kul Wheels no later than 15 minutes after the confirmed rental time or tour start time or Kul Wheels LLC shall assume that you are not coming and may release your e-bike to someone else or will leave without you and you will forfeit your payment.

Rental periods begin and end at the time scheduled and any additional time used will be billed at a rate of $25/hr or any portion of hour.
