RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want our customers to be beyond happy with their purchase from Kul Wheels! So most e-bikes and accessories are backed by a 20-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their purchase(s), we’ll do our best to make it right. 

E-bikes that are assembled and being returned will incur a 25% processing and restocking fee (e-bikes cannot have more than 20 additional miles on them). 

In stock parts, accessories and other merchandise can be returned (as long as all original packaging is intact) for full store credit or for a refund less a 10% processing/restocking fee.

Custom orders (bikes, parts or accessories that the shop does not stock) are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or credit. 

Special Orders (bikes, parts or accessories that the shop doesn’t have in stock but does typically stock) may be changed or canceled by email up to 2 hours after payment in full has been made. After 2 hours, special orders are not able to be changed or canceled but can be refunded for a 20% restocking fee.

Special Orders, that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging may be eligible for a refund but the following fees apply:

Used Bikes (with no more than 20 miles): 25% restocking fee + shop’s cost of shipping

Parts/Accessories: $20 per item fee + shop’s cost of shipping

Used or “final sale” e-bikes or other merchandise sales are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

Orders are placed 1-5 business days after payment has been received in full. Orders are not placed, shipped or delivered on days the shop is closed, weekends, or holidays. Kul Wheels is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental inconveniences caused by manufacturers order processing delays, shipping and transit delays. Most bikes and merchandise can take 2+ weeks be delivered to the shop. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact the customer via email and/or telephone. Kul Wheels cannot supply tracking numbers to customers for orders placed but can let customers know estimated delivery dates if requested.

Batteries are final sale and non-returnable and non-refundable.

Merchandise, e-bikes, or vehicle racks that have already been registered for warranty are not eligible for return, refund or credit.

Items that have been damaged from use during the 20-day period are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to: Scratched or dented wheels; paint scratches; dinged, scratched or gouged items of any kind; and items that have been damaged by improper installation or other use.

Items that have been modified in any way (including decal removal or not returned in original packaging) are not eligible for return, refund or credit.

Helmets and apparel that have had safety stickers or tags removed, or have been worn are not eligible for return, refund or credit.
