Rent a Kul Wheels Electric Bicycle and experience the joy of riding on the Virginia Capital Trail or check out beautiful downtown Richmond, VA.
We have bike locks and helmets for you to use. All riders must wear a helmet. (Due to COVID-19 we recommended you bring your own helmet but we do wipe down and spray our helmets with disinfectant after every use.)
Each rider must be at least 16 years old, show a valid photo ID and fill out this WAIVER ELECTRONICALLY before receiving an e-bike.
Due to COVID-19, all riders must also wear a mask or face covering, use hand sanitizer and respect social distancing of at least 6 feet during the receiving and returning process.
Please advise Kul Wheels if any of the riders are 5’ 3” or under, 6’ 1” or taller or more than 225 lbs.
